- Read through the SMART steps on how to lift and move heavy objects and briefly read through the safe work Australia manual handling.
- 'How to build a fence' you will need to clearly understand what is needed, watch the you tube clips to visually understand what is involved in the task and how to complete each step in constructing a fence.
